Our story
Every design has a reason.
Intellectus started with a simple idea: clothing can mean something without having to explain itself.
I had always wanted to create my own clothing brand, but the idea became more personal through my son, who is autistic.
Autism / ADHD
When I looked at clothing representing autism and ADHD, much of it felt the same: obvious slogans, predictable graphics, and designs where the condition became the entire identity of the piece.
I wanted something different.
Something inspired by my son and the neurodivergent experience, but something anyone could wear.
Clothing that can represent autism or ADHD without needing to say it across the front. Pieces with a deeper meaning for those who understand it, while still standing on their own simply because they look good.
The influences
That idea grew into something bigger.
Anime has influenced me.
Faith has influenced me: not simply religion, but hope, purpose, discipline and the desire to become a better person.
And I’ve always appreciated good fashion.
Those influences became the foundation of Intellectus.
Luxury. Anime. Faith. Neurodivergence.
Different stories, brought together by one philosophy:
The design should make you want to wear it.
The meaning should give you a reason to remember it.
Sometimes the meaning is obvious.
Sometimes only the person wearing it knows.
And sometimes you might buy a piece simply because you love how it looks, only to discover afterwards what it represents.
That’s exactly the point.
Every piece starts with a reason.
Every design has a story.
